Dear Friends,
How is your month going?
There is still a lot to process and some of you may continue to suffer from headaches, dietary changes, changes in mood, anxiousness and other stressors to the body and mind.
Right now, may I suggest to love and nurture yourself much more than you possibly ever thought to and take best care of your Self. Sometimes this seems like the hardest thing to become aware of and actually do...

Why not make a start right now by just sitting quietly with yourself for a few minutes, breathing in and out gently and deeply, in and out through your nose. Sit comfortably and simply breath....in...out..
After a few minutes, become aware of subtle changes in your breathing... if it‘s helpful to count then perhaps inhale to the count of 4 sec and exhale to 6sec or something like that...whatever feels comfortable to you. Follow your in and exhale through your nose....as you inhale notice the cool air passing through your nostrils and the warmer air brushing the tips of your nostrils as you exhale ...are you breathing more deeply and rhythmically, can you feel the boundaries of your chest cavity when you inhale deeply and gently...
Were you able to wind down, even if just for a moment?
Sitting quietly and breathing through the nose can help re-balance your heart rate variability, your fight n flight with your rest n digest response, bringing them into a working balance with each other. This can help you feel rested and more at ease, a space from where you can respond and continue on in your day with calm awareness and more consciousness.
