Keeping calm and carrying on

Dear friends,


I trust you are well and happy and riding the wave of world changes..

It is a terrible time for some, especially for those suffering from illness and covid-19. I pray for absolute happiness and deep connection for all of us


I added a short video to YouTube sharing this easy to do position I thought you might like to try... It helps to calm and tone your vagus nerve. In a nutshell, this will balance your fight/flight response, (however subtle your stress is right now)and therefore re-balance body functions and cool the mind! A harmonious balance of yin/yang. You can do this standing or sitting, but laying down seems to be best. When your vagus is re-balanced you may find the need to yawn or sigh.....if you have a go I‘d be curious to know how you feel after...
